Lets talk failure Mommas.
With alot of social media picture perfect highlights, it’s hard for us when we experience things in our personal , business or career life that others seemingly not dealing with. Your not alone, i have felt like i am missing out so many times in life, even when i tried my best to deal with it, still ii had a feeling of Failure, just by creating a picture in my mind that tells me this is how it should be done, or it has to look this way , at times i have been disappointed if it doesn, turn out like the picture i have created in my head.
Just want to encourage you that as we start this month and you’re looking at what you did in January, know that Failures are normal, they are part of the process.
As i talk about winning everyday, Failures are more than winning to me, because when they are turned into lessons they can be used for future success. So growing up i use to say if anything fails, to me its a win because i am sure its a way of protecting me from something i wasn’t supposed to face. After all life needs some challenges to activate our thinking, we won,t think if we win always and what’s the point of living if everything is the same.
Here are some of failures i had last month:-
- Couldn’t keep my house tidy everyday
- Couldn’t clear the sink every night
- Couldn’t start my blog on 1st Jan
- Couldn’t workout.
Guess what i am still an amazing mom, and i am pushing through.
Its important to focus on doing what we say we will do no matter how long it takes with no excuses.
After all that’s how we make progress. So today:-
- Set that goal
- Put a time limit
- Smash it with no excuses no matter how long it takes.
- Its in our mind mama’s let’s do it gracefully.
Have you failed before? if yes how do you deal with failure? share with us in a comment.
I was supposed to travel on Sunday with my kids and didn’t book a ticket earlier. So when I got online couldn’t get seats thus had to cancel and travel the following day. As a mom I felt disappointed at my self for not priotizing things.
I’m taking this as a lesson on priotizing things. I’ll do better next time.
Ooh yeah this is a good lesson we learn and we rise. Thanks so much BJ🥰
